All about the PyLucid virtual environment
All developer information around the PyLucid virtual environment should be stand here ;)
The virtualenv would be created by our PyLucid bootstrap script.

PyLucid is build on top of many existing solutions.
The dependencies management is handled with some pip requirements files.
They stored in /requirements/
We used this requirements files in several places:
- create the bootstrap script
- upgrade packages in existing virtualenv
- Create install_requires list in setup.py
- Check requirements on startup
